Our Story
Oak Drive Capital is a boutique real estate investment firm whose portfolio includes prime beachfront properties, islands or parts of islands, in some of the Philippines’ most desirable tourist destinations. We also operate an award-winning hostel in El Nido, Palawan, and hotels in Puerto Princesa, Palawan and Boracay.
Inspired by the Philippines’ natural beauty, we have spent the last decade discovering and acquiring striking properties in pristine landscapes. Our mission is to be the partner of choice for investors, developers and entrepreneurs who see this beauty, and hope to share it with the wider world and generations to come.

Properties available for lease or joint investment range from a 700 square meter lot suitable for a restaurant or retail store, to 2,000-30,000 square meter lots for hotels and resorts, to private islands.

We are the sole manager or owner of the properties we offer for lease or joint investment. We have full powers to agree on and execute transactions.

Investing in Tourism
The Philippines’ beaches, dive spots and islands have attracted both international awards and a rapidly growing tourist demand. While international investor interest in the local hospitality industry has grown, it has yet to extend a meaningful presence beyond major cities. We believe that this is where the bulk of future growth will take place.
