Our Story
Oak Drive Capital is a boutique real estate investment firm whose portfolio includes prime beachfront properties, islands or parts of islands, in some of the Philippines’ most desirable tourist destinations. We also operate an award-winning hostel in El Nido, Palawan, and hotels in Puerto Princesa, Palawan and Boracay.
Inspired by the Philippines’ natural beauty, we have spent the last decade discovering and acquiring striking properties in pristine landscapes. Our mission is to be the partner of choice for investors, developers and entrepreneurs who see this beauty, and hope to share it with the wider world and generations to come.
